Place the Agent Offline

Sometimes it may be necessary to stop the Agent by placing it in offline mode, for example to prevent the generation of Alerts where maintenance is performed on the device, and this can be achieved from within the Agent console on the device.

  1. Log into the Agent on the workstation
  2. Click Pause to place the Agent in offline mode
  3. Click Start to resume normal operation
