Monthly Report Pick 'n' Mix Charts
The Monthly Report is a vital tool for demonstrating just how hard the company has been working over the last month for the clients and although the report contains a plethora of 24x7 and Daily Safety Check charts we realize that only specific charts may be relevant in the Report.
To accommodate this we have added the option to format the content of the Monthly Report to allow the creation of a default template for all customers as well as tweak the reports on a client by client basis.
How to create the Default Monthly Report Content
- Go to Settings > Client Reports >Default Monthly Report Content
- Choose the Section HeadingsFont Color and Background Color then select or deselect the charts included in the Monthly Report
- OK to save and apply these settings as the Monthly Report default
Depending on the content option an example chart may be available from the Example button. This allows a considered opinion to be made regarding the chart's inclusion in the report.
Configure the Monthly Report per Client
The content for the Monthly Report is configurable for specific clients:
- Go to Settings > Client Reports Server > Server Client Report Settings > Monthly Reports
- Enable the Monthly Report for the Client
- Tick Override Content (untick to return to the default) and select Show to display the available options, Hide to minimize the options panel
- OK to save and apply
