Manage PSA tickets in N-sight RMM

To open, close, re-open and force sync MSP Manager tickets for a Device using N-sight RMM:

  1. Select the Device in the All Devices view North-pane
  2. Go to the Outages tab in the South-pane
  3. Multi-select the target failures (Shift+click to choose a range or Ctrl+click for specific failures)
  4. Choose the required action from the PSA Ticket Actions drop-down

    The action is applied to the ticket selection (if supported).
