Manage PSA tickets in N-sight RMM
To open, close, re-open and force sync MSP Manager tickets for a Device using N-sight RMM:
- Select the Device in the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane
- Go to the Outages tab in the South-pane
- Multi-select the target failures (Shift+click to choose a range or Ctrl+click for specific failures)
- Choose the required action from the PSA Ticket Actions drop-down
The action is applied to the ticket selection (if supported).
