The following keyboard shortcuts are available when connecting to a remote device over Take Control (N-able) from a Windows computer.

Place your mouse inside the Remote Desktop screen to seamlessly forward your keyboard to the remote computer.

The Viewer includes several internal keyboard shortcuts:

  • If the Scroll Lock key is off - Keyboard shortcuts recognized by the Viewer will be executed locally and will not be passed to the remote computer.
  • If the Scroll Lock key is on - All keyboard shortcuts will be passed to the remote computer. No shortcuts will be executed locally by the Viewer.
