ConnectWise Manage User account requirements

All ConnectWise Manage User accounts that connect via N-able N-sight RMM must have the permission Allow time to be entered against companies enabled.

To enable this permission in ConnectWise Manage

  1. After you have logged into ConnectWise Manage, select System > Members from the left hand menu.
  2. Click the Member ID of the user in the members list.
  3. Scroll down to the Time/Expense/Billing Information section of the user details.
  4. Ensure the checkbox next to Allow time to be entered against companies is ticked.
  5. Save and exit.
