ConnectWise Manage User account requirements
All ConnectWise Manage User accounts that connect via N-able N-sight RMM must have the permission Allow time to be entered against companies enabled.
To enable this permission in ConnectWise Manage
- After you have logged into ConnectWise Manage, select System > Members from the left hand menu.
- Click the Member ID of the user in the members list.
- Scroll down to the Time/Expense/Billing Information section of the user details.
- Ensure the checkbox next to Allow time to be entered against companies is ticked.
- Save and exit.
