Remove configuration profiles from devices

You can remove configuration profiles that are installed on devices.

  1. On the N-sight RMM vertical menu, select Device Management for Apple.

    Optionally, on the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane, right-click one or more DMA enrolled devices and select Manage Profiles > Remove.

    The Devices tab displays including profile status for each device in the Profiles column.

  2. Select the checkbox for one or more devices, or use the multi-select drop-down menu to select all devices.
  3. Select Remove profiles in the top menu.

    The profiles that are on the selected device(s) display.

  4. Select the checkbox for one or more configuration profiles you want to remove, and select Remove.
  5. Review the confirmation dialog and select Remove.

    6. For online devices, the configuration profiles are removed in near real-time. For offline devices, the profiles are removed the next time they come online.
