Customers

Step 3 of the setup wizard lets you import client information from N-sight RMM and assign Program Levels.

To import customers:

  1. For each customer, select the Program Level using the drop-down list.
    • If you created only one Program Level, it is assigned automatically.
    • If the required Program Level is not available, select Previous to return to the Program Level step and create it. Then return to this screen to assign the customer.

  2. Select the Default Service Item for the customer.
  3. Repeat these for each customer
  4. Select Next to continue to the next step of the wizard
