Customers

The third step of the MSP Manager setup wizard is to import Client information from N-sight RMM with your selected Program Levels assigned to them.

To import your Customers:

  1. For a customer, select the Program Level using the drop-down menu

    If you only created one program level, it is automatically assigned to each customer.

    If the customer requires a Program Level not in the drop-down menu, click Previous to return to the Program Level step and create the required Program Level. Then return to this setup screen to assign the customer.

  2. Select the Default Service Item for the customer
  3. Repeat the previous steps to add the Program Level and Default Service Item for each customer
  4. Select Next to proceed to the next step of the wizard
