Customers
The third step of the MSP Manager setup wizard is to import Client information from N-sight RMM with your selected Program Levels assigned to them.
To import your Customers:
- For a customer, select the Program Level
using the drop-down menu
If you only created one program level, it is automatically assigned to each customer.
If the customer requires a Program Level not in the drop-down menu, click Previous to return to the Program Level step and create the required Program Level. Then return to this setup screen to assign the customer. - Select the Default Service Item for the customer
- Repeat the previous steps to add the Program Level and Default Service Item for each customer
- Select Next to proceed to the next step of the wizard
