Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed

If the error message Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: Time periods have not been setup for the new year is returned, you may need your administrator to setup the relevant Time Periods in ConnectWise Manage.

  1. Go to System > Setup Tables
  2. Enter Time Period under Table as the search criteria
  3. Select the returned result

  4. Select the current period from the returned results
    1. Click the plus (+) button to add a new item
    2. Enter the required information

    3. Save or Save and Close to apply
    4. Select this time period
