Connected Devices
After the initial Network Discovery scan is complete, all the devices that were online at the time of the scan and attached to the network are reported in the Connected Devices South-pane of the Networks tab.
Where the discovered device’s type is supported by Network Device monitoring, the device is interrogated over SNMP to determine whether it is monitorable. This ensures that only those devices that support monitoring are selectable.
The Connected Devices section contains information on the device, with the option to filter the displayed information from the Columns menu. The Columns options include the device name, hardware details, IP and Mac addresses, when it was first and last seen and whether it has a Monitoring Agent installed (servers and workstations).
The status drop-down filters by All, Online, Offline and Missing Agents.
Use the Search Devices box above the North-pane to target specific devices.
