Create Autotask User Defined Fields

To create Autotask user defined fields:

1. On your Autotask console, hover over the menu icon in the top left and select Admin >  User-Defined Fields
2. Go to Configuration Items
3. Click New
4. Populate the new User-Defined Fields with the required information
5. Click Save & Close or Save & New to apply settings

A new field can be configured for each asset you want to import into Autotask from the N-sight RMM Dashboard.
