System SNMP Checks

This section lists the system SNMP Checks available for the following vendors: 3Ware/LSI, Adaptec, APC, Buffalo Technology Limited, Cisco, Cyberoam Security Appliances, Dell, Eaton, Fortinet, Fujitsu Siemens, HP JetDirect, HP/Compaq, Intel, Linux Monitoring, LSI, Mylex, NetApps. Netgear, QNAP, SonicWALL, Synology, WatchGuard Technologies in addition to some more generic OIDs.

Notes

If the SNMP Check contains an octet string as the pass condition it will only pass where an exact match for the string is returned, including case. Where any other string is returned, including those that indicate the monitored element is performing with the expected parameters, this will cause the check to fail. For example where the pass condition is Good the check will fail if Normal is returned.

Although the SNMP Checks were confirmed against a range of hardware, the results of the Checks are dependent upon the configuration and supported features of the monitored device or product.
