Remove a Network Path
For customers currently using Netpath:
You will retain access to the feature until its official EoL date. No action is required at this time, but we recommend preparing for its retirement.
For customers not currently using Netpath:
The feature is no longer available.
Looking ahead:
We encourage all users to explore available alternatives that offer the same or similar functionality.
As customer requirements can change over time, you may need to Create New Paths to probe their new destinations, as well as remove the paths that are no longer required.
To remove a path:
- Navigate to View > NetPath , or click NetPath in the Left navigation
- Choose whether to view paths at the Customer or Path level
- Click the trashcan icon against the path to remove
- Enter the password you used to sign into N-sight RMM to confirm removal when prompted
Selecting the root path in the Path view removes the path from all devices it is configured on.
This non-recoverable action removes both the path, its associated history and NetPath Check.
