Retry Failed Patches

Retrying a patch allows you to attempt installation again on devices where the previous attempt failed. This is useful after resolving issues such as package holds or connectivity problems.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Patch Management.

  2. Go to Failed Patches.

  3. Scroll through the list or use filters to find the patch you want to retry.

  4. Check the box next to the patch in the list. You can select multiple patches if you want to retry them in bulk.

  5. At the top of the screen, select Actions to view available options. From the dropdown, select Retry Patch Installation.

  6. A confirmation dialog appears. Review the details and select Confirm to proceed.
