Filter Patches
Filters help you narrow down the list of failed patches so you can focus on specific devices or issues. Use filters to quickly locate patterns or troubleshoot recurring problems.
Steps to Create a Filter

Select Create Filter - At the top of the screen, select Create Filter. This opens the filter panel.

Choose Filter Criteria
You can apply one or more of the following criteria:

Asset Name: Enter the device name or part of it to find specific assets.

Failure Code: Select from available codes (for example, PACKAGE_ON_HOLD) to identify patches that failed for the same reason.

Date Range: Specify a start and end date to view failures within a specific timeframe.

Device Status: Filter by online or offline status to target reachable devices.

Apply the Filter
After selecting your criteria, choose Apply. The list updates to show only the patches that match your filter.

Save or Clear Filters

To reuse the filter later, select Save Filter and give it a name.

To remove all filters, select Clear Filters.
