Start a remote access session
Use the Remote Access feature to quickly open a Take Control session. Take Control lets you troubleshoot and resolve customer issues without taking over their workstation or interrupting their workflow. It connects you directly to the device, allowing you to see what’s happening and make changes seamlessly, all without the end user noticing.
To open Take Control

On the left navigation panel, select Dashboards > Assets.
- Locate the device you want to remotely access.
- In the Actions menu, click Remote Access.
