  • SMS Configuration is set up correctly.
  • A known outage is recorded, an Email Alert is received.
  • Nexmo shows no record or blocked or delivered messages.


  • N-able RMM


  • When the Alerts Configuration is set up correctly and Nexmo shows no record of delivered or blocked messages, ensure the following PSA Settings are in place:
  1. Settings>PSA Integration
  2. Configure PSA
  3. Ticket Creation>Untick Disable Outage SMS Alert.
