SMS Outage Alerts are not sent

Description
- SMS Configuration is set up correctly.
- A known outage is recorded, an Email Alert is received.
- Nexmo shows no record or blocked or delivered messages.
Environment
- N-sight RMM
Solution
- When the Alerts Configuration is set up correctly and Nexmo shows no record of delivered or blocked messages, ensure the following PSA Settings are in place:
- Settings>PSA Integration
- Configure PSA
- Ticket Creation>Untick Disable Outage SMS Alert.
