Viewing Invoices and Changing Payment Method
Invoices can be viewed via the Partner Success Center and payment methods can be updated there as well.
To View Invoices:
- Log in to: https://community.n-able.com
- Select My Accounts > Billing > Outstanding Invoices tab
- Select the appropriate 5-digit account number invoices are now displayed
To change your organizations payment method:
- Log in to: https://community.n-able.com
- Select My Accounts > Billing > Outstanding Invoices tab
- Select the 5-digit account number
- Beside the invoice balance, select the context menu (3 dots) and select View Invoice
- Payment method can be updated here
