Recover Forgotten Login Password

A forgotten Organization Key is not recoverable. Talk to an Organization Administrator to get your Organization Key.

Original Passportal Account

Accounts created before March 8th 2023, and have not yet been migrated to N-able SOO:

If you forget your Passportal password, follow these steps for recovery:

  1. Click the Forgot Password? link from the login page.

  2. Enter your email address in the Forgot Password? dialog pop-up.
  3. Click Start password recovery.

  4. A temporary link will be sent to your address and will walk you through the steps necessary for resetting your password.

This link will only be active for a period of 24 hours, and a reset will need to be requested again following this period.

N-able SSO Passportal Account

If the Passportal account was created March 8th 2023 onwards, or has been migrated to N-able SSO if it was created after before March 8th 2023:

If you forget your Passportal password, follow these steps for recovery:

  1. Click the Forgot Password? link from the login page.

  2. Follow the on screen prompts to reset you password - enter you email address and click RESET YOUR PASSWORD.

  3. A temporary link will be sent to your address and will walk you through the steps necessary for resetting your password.

This link will only be active for a period of 24 hours, and a reset will need to be requested again following this period.
