Recover Forgotten Login Password

A forgotten Organization Key is not recoverable. Talk to an Organization Administrator to get your Organization Key.

Original N-sight RMM Account

Accounts created before March 8th 2023, and have not yet been migrated to N-able SOO:

If you forget your Passportal password, follow these steps for recovery:

1. Click the Forgot Password? link from the login page.



2. Enter your email address in the Forgot Password? dialog pop-up.
3. Click Start password recovery.



4. A temporary link will be sent to your address and will walk you through the steps necessary for resetting your password.

This link will only be active for a period of 24 hours, and a reset will need to be requested again following this period.

N-able SSO N-sight RMM Account

If the N-sight RMM account was created March 8th 2023 onwards, or has been migrated to N-able SSO if it was created after before March 8th 2023:

If you forget your Passportal password, follow these steps for recovery:

1. Enter your username or email then click Next.



2. Click the Forgot Password? link in the password entry dialog.



3. Follow the on screen prompts to reset you password - enter you email address and click RESET YOUR PASSWORD.



4. A temporary link will be sent to your address and will walk you through the steps necessary for resetting your password.

This link will only be active for a period of 24 hours, and a reset will need to be requested again following this period.
