Logging into the Cross Browser Extension

After installing the extension, you will need to login:

  1. Click the Passportal extension icon at the top right of the browser.

  2. Select your Passportal instance region.
  3. Click either Log in with Passportal or Log in with N-able.
    • Use Log in withPassportal if you Passportal instance was created before March 2023 and is not yet migrated to N-able Login (SSO).
    • Use Log in with N-able if your Passportal was created after March 2023 or has been migrated to N-able Login (SSO).
  4. Enter your:
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Organization Key
  5. Enable the Remember Me toggle if required.
  6. Click Log In.
  7. You will be prompted for 2FA authentication.

If using Duo Security as your MFA authentication method, you will have the option to Send Push as well as enter your code.
