Viewing and Copying the AD Sync Agent Install Key and Organization Key
When installing the Passportal AD Sync Agent you will require both the Clients specific Agent Key and your Organization Key.
To view and copy the Clients Agent Key, your account must have the Setup AD Sync permission
To view and copy a Client's Agent Key:
- Locate and Edit the Client using the context menu to the right in Passportal
- Click the copy icon to the left of the Agent Key, or click the eye icon to the right to view it
Organization Key
- Navigate to Settings > General
- Select the Advanced Options tab
- Scroll to the foot of the page and click Show Organization Key
- A pop-up at the top of the screen appears, detailing the Organization Key which can be highlighted and copied
