Environment

• N-able Passportal

Solution

• Autofill must be enabled in the Browser extension:
  1. In the Browser extension, click on the Settings Cog at the bottom left of the extension window
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Application behavior
  4. Click on the toggle for Autofil to enabled
