N-able Passportal - Grey box being displayed when using the Chrome Extension

Description

• When clicking on the Passportal extension in Google Chrome a grey box is displayed

Environment

• N-able Passportal
• Google Chrome

Solution

• To resolve this, enable third-party cookies in Google Chrome:
  1. Open Chrome Settings: chrome://settings/
     • NOTE: This line goes in the address bar of Google Chrome to access the settings page.
  2. Click Privacy and Security
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Click Cookies and site data
  5. Turn off the toggle for Block third-party cookies
