• What happens when we request the resetting of an Org Key for a Site?

Environment

• N-able Passportal

Solution

• All Site users and administrators will be erased

• Any passwords created by the Site Users will be lost
  • NOTE: If you were sharing passwords from the MSP side down to the site, you will need to reshare these passwords after the reset
• When resetting the Org Key for a Site, the MSP's passwords will remain for that client
