Passportal: Error calling API Initialize failed to create token

Description

• While trying to setup the AD Agent, receiving the following Error: "Error calling API Initialize failed to create token"

Environment

• N-able Passportal
  • Passportal AD Agent.

Solution

1. Confirm that the login information provided is correct for the AD Agent credentials, particularly the chosen Database and Organization Key;
2. If all information seems correct, please try rebooting the Server, as this should clear the issue;
3. If the issue persist after a reboot, please contact our technical support team.
