Cannot Login to Passportal in a web browser after installing ConnectMeVoice browser extension

Description

  • After installing ConnectMeVoice VOIP extensions into a web browser, attempting to login to Passportal by clicking the Sign me in button does nothing
  • Can login in via mobile devices or other computers

Environment

  • N-able Passportal

Solution

  • ConnectMeVoice web browser extensions can interfere with the Passportal login URL on different browser types
  • This is not an issue with the Passportal login page, but is an issue with the ConnectMeVoice extension
    1. Remove the ConnectMeVoice VOIP extension in a web browser
    2. Close and relaunch the web browser
    3. Log back into the Passportal Login Page
