What does it mean when I add a new device to my system I will be billed based on the high watermark for that device?

Solution

When a device is added to your system, you will be billed based on the High Watermark for that new device.

For example:

  • If a device has been active at any point during the month (even if this is only 1 day) then it is on the invoice.

  • If a device was deleted during the month, it will be removed from the invoice in the next month.

    For example, the device is active in January and removed in January, it will be removed from the February invoice. In terms of data usage, the highest point of data on a device during the month is used for invoicing.
