What steps do I need to take to cancel my Mail Assure subscription?

Environment

  • N-able Mail Assure

Solution

  1. Change the MX records so that mail is not directed to N-able. See https://documentation.n-able.com/mail-assure/userguide/Content/B_Admin%20Level/domains/mx-records.htm.

  1. Ensure your email server is not sending outbound mail to our outbound relay servers.

  2. If the archive service was enabled on your domain, disable the feature in the Mail Assure control panel.

Solution

To cancel an agreement, you must provide your written explanation by completing a cancellation request through N-ableMe.

  1. Log into N-ableMe

  2. Scroll down to the "Not finding what you're looking for?" section

  3. Click the Get Support button

  4. Click Create a New Case

  5. Fill in the form and click Submit Ticket
