If you are under contract or agreement (not month to month) with N-able, please review our End User License Agreement (EULA) for information about our policies on canceling, upgrading, and downgrading our products.

Solution

To cancel, upgrade, and downgrade a product, you must create a case in N-ableMe.

  1. Log into N-ableMe

  2. Scroll down to the "Not finding what you're looking for?" section

  3. Click the Get Support button

  4. Click Create a New Case

  5. Fill in the form and click Submit Ticket
