How do I get pricing for upgrades/downgrades or new/additional licenses?

Description
If you are a partner inquiring about the pricing for a product upgrade, downgrade, or additional license, either contact your dedicated Partner Success Manager or create a case to request a quote. If you are not currently a partner, contact our Sales team by phone, email, or contact page.

You are a partner with existing services and have a dedicated Partner Success Manager:
Determine the name of your Partner Success Manager:
- Log into the Partner Success Center.
- Click the Need Assistance? button.
- In the Partner Success Manager area, click View Info.
- Use the contact information to contact your Partner Success Manager.
You are an emerging Success tier partner and do not have a Partner Success Manager:
- Log into the Partner Success Center.
- Click the Need Assistance? button.
- In the Submit A Case area, click Submit Case.
- In the Partner Care area, click Get Assistance.
- Fill in the form and click Submit Ticket.
