What does it mean when I add a new device to my system I will be billed based on the high watermark for that device?

Solution

When a device is added to your system, you will be billed based on the High Watermark for that new device.

For example:

  • If a device has been active at any point during the month (even if this is only 1 day) then it is on the invoice.

  • If a device is deleted during the month, it will be removed from the invoice in the next month

    • For example, the device is active in January and removed in January, it will be removed from the February invoice.

  • In terms of data usage, the highest point of data on a device during the month is used for invoicing.
