What steps do I need to take to cancel my Mail Assure subscription?

Environment

• N-able Mail Assure

Solution

1. Change the MX records so that mail is not directed to N-able.

2. Please ensure your email server is not sending outbound mail to our outbound relay servers.

3. If the archive service was enabled on your domain, please disable via the Mail Assure control panel.

4. After completing the above, please create a case with our Partner Care team which you can find here:

• https://success.n-able.com/new-case/partner-care then inform the Partner Care Representative that you've completed the initial steps.
