Where can I find Mail Assure and Backup invoices and usage report online?

Environment

  • N-able Backup
  • N-able Mail Assure

Solution

1. Log in to https://community.n-able.com.
2. Go to the My Accounts>Billing>Outstanding Invoices tab.
3. Select the 5-digit account number.
4. Beside the invoice balance, hover the mouse over the ... link and select Data Usage or View Invoice.

With admin-level Mail Assure credentials, you can download detailed usage data from https://usagereport.swmailassure.com.
A CSV copy will be returned.
