Environment

  • N-able RMM
  • N-able Mail Assure
  • Backup & Recovery

Solution

For N-ableRMM:

  1. Log in to the dashboard and go to Reports > Pricing > View Invoices.

  2. Select the invoices you wish to pay and select Pay with Autopay. You will be given the option to make a card payment.

To set up automatic payments:

  • Go to Settings > General Settings > Payment > Setup Automatic Invoice Payment.

For N-able Mail Assure / MSP Backup & Recovery:

  1. Log in to the Community Resource Portal using your email address and password at https://community.n-able.com.

  2. Go to My Account > Billing > Payment Methods to manage saved credit cards and add new credit cards.

  3. Choose the credit card you would like to use for automatic payment by Make Primary Card and click Save.
