Information required to export a Domain's archive and FAQs

We do not perform individual mailbox exports but we can provide a manual Archive Export of the domains Archived messages only.

For us to do this for you, you need to raise a Support case.

Required information

The following information is required by our support team in order to proceed with the archive export:

  • Confirmation that you are an administrator with the rights to request this information
  • Confirmation that the domains required have Archiving enabled correctly
  • A list of domains you wish to export the archive for
