Information required to export a Domain's archive and FAQs
We do not perform individual mailbox exports but we can provide a manual Archive Export of the domains Archived messages only.
For us to do this for you, you need to raise a Support case.
Required information
The following information is required by our support team in order to proceed with the archive export:
- Confirmation that you are an administrator with the rights to request this information
- Confirmation that the domains required have Archiving enabled correctly
- A list of domains you wish to export the archive for

We currently recommend that accounts with less than 3TB of data use this feature.

The export will consist of a single .ZIP file containing one RFC 5322 compliant .EML file per message..

Depending on the number of messages, the export may take a few hours to several days to complete. If you have not received an update on your case after three days, please contact support.

You can request an export for all your domains or a single domain.

No. You can only export the entire content for a domain.
