Remove and Block list Quarantined Messages

This facility is only available from the Domain Level Spam Quarantine.

  1. From the Domain Level Control Panel, select Incoming > Spam quarantine
  2. Click on the dropdown to the left of the message and select Block sender and remove from quarantine
  3. To Block list and remove multiple messages, place a tick in the box alongside each message and, from the --select action-- dropdown at the bottom of the page, select Block sender and remove from quarantine

The message(s) will be removed from the system completely and the sender will be blocked so that future messages from this sender will be rejected.
