To be able to search within message text and attachment content using the message content filter in the Log Search page, you need to generate an archive index.
- At the Domain Level Control Panel or Email Level Control Panel, select Archiving > On-demand Archive Indexes
- Click on the Create an on-demand archive index button
- In the pop-up, enter the start and end date of the time range that you want to index and click Generate
