Private Portal Audit Logs

The Private Portal Audit Log allows users to track what actions have been taken against individual messages.

The Audit log allows you to monitor several aspects of messages in the Private Portal:

  • The recipient of the message
  • Filtering host
  • Authorizing domain or user
  • The sender of the message
  • Time and date
  • Which usertook the action against the message
  • What the action was
    • Granted Access
    • Removed Access
    • Viewed
    • Expired
  • Any additional information about the action

In the Audit Log, you cannot action a message. The options within this page for a message are:

  • View Email
  • View in log search
