Exchange 2016-2019 Configuration

Versions 2013 and earlier of exchange have reached the official End-of-Life (EOL) with Microsoft and Microsoft has ceased support for these products. The following instructions were correct at time of writing, however, as these versions are no longer officially supported, we cannot guarantee the success of configuration.

  1. Add the domain to Mail Assure
  2. In the Exchange Admin Center, navigate to Mail Flow > Receive Connectors
  3. Edit the Default frontend connector

This may have a different name on your server

  4. On the Security tab, ensure that Anonymous users is selected under the Permission groups options
  5. On the Scoping tab, remove any existing IP addresses in the Remote network settings section
  6. Add in the following:
    • 185.201.16.0/22 for remote mail delivery (From Mail Assure)
    • 130.117.251.9 if you want to be able to test connectivity between the control panel and your server
  7. Select Save
