Compose Email

The Compose Email feature can be used to send emails even if your mail server is down or offline.

  1. Login to Mail Assure as an Admin, Domain or Email Level user
  2. Navigate to Continuity > Compose email
  3. Enter the recipient email address

    CC and BCC's can be included by clicking the Cc Bcc button to the right of the To box

  4. If required, select the check boxes to receive a copy of the message to the sending mailbox or to Private Portal
  5. Fill in the message Subject and Message Body
  6. Attach any files required
  7. Click Send Message
