Revoke SolarWinds Permissions in Microsoft 365

As Mail Assure is not able to revoke the previously given permissions for SolarWinds access to Microsoft 365, there are steps to be taken to do this manually now that the company has rebranded to N-able.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to portal.azure.com and log in
  2. Using the Search bar at the top, search for Enterprise Applications

  3. In the All Applications list, find the SolarWinds Mail Assure Sync application and select it

    4. You will now be provided with the Application Overview page

  4. Go to Manage > Properties in the left-hand menu
  5. Click Delete

    6. A pop-up will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the page to advise the application has been successfully deleted and the Enterprise Applications list will refresh to show the app is no longer listed.
