Description

  • Email is shown as Delivered but has not been received by User it was sent to
  • Checked the User's spam/junk folder and nothing is there

Environment

  • N-able Mail Assure
  • Email Delivery

Solution

  • In the Logs search page add the column Delivery Data then click Show Results
  • The text in the Delivery Data column will contain an ID
  • The recipient server/recipient mail filtering system accepted the message and provided the ID in the column
  • Investigate the recipient server/recipient mail filtering system with the ID to investigate why the message has not been received
