Description
- Email is shown as Delivered but has not been received by User it was sent to
- Checked the User's spam/junk folder and nothing is there
Environment
- Mail Assure
- Email Delivery
Solution
- In the Logs search page add the column Delivery Data then click Show Results
- The text in the Delivery Data column will contain an ID
- The recipient server/recipient mail filtering system accepted the message and provided the ID in the column
- Investigate the recipient server/recipient mail filtering system with the ID to investigate why the message has not been received
