ERROR: 550 5.4.312 Message expired, DNS query failed(ServerFailure)

Description
- Inbound / Outbound Messages are bounced back with error "550 5.4.312 Message expired, DNS query failed(ServerFailure)"
Environment
- Mail Assure
- Incoming
- Outgoing
Solution
- There is an issue with the recipient mail server's DNS records
- When the Mail Assure servers attempted to look up the recipient mail server's DNS records, it was unable to query one or all of them (MX records, A record, etc.)
- The recipient will need to publish/update their DNS records to ensure that their email can be delivered to them.
