ERROR: 550 message submission is for authorised users only

Description
- When sending outbound mail I receive the following error message:
A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk. The following organization rejected your message: mx15.antispamcloud.com.
550 message submission is for authorised users only.
NOTE:550 message submission is for authorised users only.
- The MX number may vary.
- Message classification is Message submission is for authorised users only!, what does that mean?
- I have received a bounceback with the message "Message submission is for authorised users only!, what does that mean?" for an outbound message.
- I have received an NDR with the message "Message submission is for authorised users only!, what does that mean?" for an outbound message.

Solution
- This happens due the email not being authenticated against a method listed in the Manage Users page so is either missing or not properly configured.
