View what is included in each of your product subscriptions with a high level overview of each purchased product, and easily access your customers' bills to determine their usage for a current or previous billing period.
ID provides usage data and information for two sets of users: Distributor users who purchase services from N-able and End Users who are customers purchasing services from the Distributor. The data available in your Invoice Details will differ depending on the type of user that is logged in.
Use your Invoice Details account to view current N-able product licenses, as well as the usage within each of those deployed licenses to assist both Distributors and End Users in making informed purchasing decisions as the end of a license or subscription approaches.
Make sure your customers are fully supported by gaining a better understanding of both their total historic and current usage to ensure you can manage their subscription needs.
