Unsubscribe from Notifications

You can now unsubscribe from a specific notification configuration through Turn off this email notification link with the following workflow:
Unsubscribe link -> Confirm unsubscribe screen -> Unsubscribed screen

Following are the steps to unsubscribe from a specific notification configuration:

  1. Click Turn off this email notification to unsubscribe

  2. Click Confirm to unsubscribe

You can view unsubscribed recipients on the Notifications page for a specific notification configuration. The unsubscribed recipients are displayed with an orange background, while the subscribed recipients have blue background.

If there are notification configurations with only unsubscribed recipients, a warning message is displayed.

If there are notification configurations with only unsubscribed recipients, a warning message is displayed during edit.

To re-subscribe an unsubscribed recipient:
  1. Delete the recipient from the notification configuration
  2. Save the changes
  3. Add the recipient back to the Internal recipients
