Cove Data Protection (Cove)s Google Workspace backup solution ensures comprehensive, secure, and reliable data backup for Google Workspace services, to provide robust data protection for business continuity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
During the Public Preview of Google Workspace protection, functionality, supported scenarios and limitations may change as the product is updated. Public Preview functionality is provided for evaluation and is subject to the applicable N-able agreement terms for evaluation or beta software. Under those terms, evaluation/beta software is not for production use and is provided “AS IS” without Support or warranties as specified in the agreement.
What is protected?
The following Google Workspace services are protected:

Requirements
To backup and restore Google Workspace data, the following is required:
- A SuperUser or Manager level account for Cove's Management Console for adding Workspaces, initiating backups, and editing Workspaces.
- A SuperUser or Manager level account with Security Officer permissions for Cove's Management Console for initiating restores.
- A Google Workspace admin console Super Admin account
- The Google Workspace name
