  • How do we change the sender email address for Backup notifications?

Solution

  • This can be changed from the Customer Management section
    1. Click on the Customer Management tab on the backup.management dashboard
    2. Depending on where you want to set the Sender email address, point your mouse to the name of a customer and click the pen icon that appears next to the name.
    3. Click on the Custom Branding tab
    4. At the top, there will be a text field where you can enter the Sender address.
    5. Once changed, press Save
  • Note: Once saved, the entered Sender address will receive an email from AWS (Amazon Web Server) for verification. This must be verified or emails will not be sent.
