Description
- How to change the Backup Manager port used on Cove Manager
Environment
- Cove Data Protection (Cove)
Solution
- Navigate to
C:\Program Files\Backup Manager\
on the device locally where the Backup Manager is installed - Open config.ini in Notepad (as admin)
- Edit the value for HttpServerPort to the port number that you would like to use:
- e.g. HttpServerPort=5001
- Save and close
- Restart the Backup Service Controller in services.msc
