Deauthenticate your organization
You can deauthenticate your MSP organization to offboard it from Cloud Commander and disable the application's access to the Microsoft Azure cloud. When you deauthenticate your organization, the Cloud Commander application is no longer available, and the following occurs:
- Microsoft credentials associated with your MSP and its tenants are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Your customers are unapproved from their Microsoft tenants.
The Cloud Commander application remains in the Enterprise Applications in your tenant, and you can delete it manually.
Requirements
- You must be signed in using a Cloud Commander account with the Administrators role.
Deauthenticate your MSP organization from Cloud Commander
- In the Microsoft Cloud Access.
If your MSP is onboarded, the Microsoft Cloud Access page shows that your MSP is authenticated.
, select Settings > -
Select De-authenticate.
- When prompted, review the warning for your request, and confirm.
Your MSP organization is deauthenticated (offboarded) from Cloud Commander, and Microsoft Cloud Access displays the initial setup page.
To authenticate your organization again, use the Authenticate option that now displays on the Microsoft Cloud Access setup page.
