Description

• Backup Manager still shows "in progress" even when device is no longer online and running backups.

Environment

• Data Protection

Solution

• Status is last known state reported to management console by device.
• If device went offline during backup, status will show until Backup Manager comes back online.
• To remove status, reinstall Backup Manager, let it check in, then uninstall it.
